Welcome to Casa 56, I'm Salvatore, the Chef de Cuisine, and I'm thrilled to introduce our fantastic restaurant to you. We're all about delivering that true Italian experience here, complete with the best Italian ingredients, from fresh veggies to Mozzarella, cold cuts, and seafood – all directly imported from Italy through our logistics network.
Casa 56 is a place where you'll find a genuine love for food and a passionate team. The majority of our team members are Italians, and our talented Sous Chef, Noveletti Antonio, is here to amaze you with his homemade ravioli filled with Neapolitan ragu, served with a mouthwatering Monaco provolone sauce.
What sets us apart is that our menu changes every 4 to 6 weeks, so we're always working with what's in season. Right now, in the autumn, we're making the most of porcini mushrooms and truffles.
Casa 56 can accommodate up to 80 people across three distinct areas. In the main room, you can enjoy your meal. Just behind that, we have a pizzeria room where Salvatore, our pizza chef, creates delicious pizzas in our wood-fired oven right before your eyes. Additionally, we have a cozy cellar room, which we affectionately call the "cellar room," showcasing our impressive wine collection.
